Terms for readers and visitors

These terms govern use of the Lucid Beaconway website and bookings for sittings at the reading room. The official registered business name is Lucid Beaconway, established in 2021. Contact hello@lucidbeaconway.click or 0119808348.

Acceptance

By browsing the site or sending an inquiry you accept these terms. A sitting is agreed when Lucid Beaconway confirms it in writing and states the fee, the date, and the session name. Until that confirmation arrives, the message remains a request.

The sittings

Private risk readings, circle briefings, and shelf passes are educational sessions about published Solana lending, liquidity, and liquid-staking parameters. The packet and the handout explain how the shelf reads those parameters. Decisions about positions remain with the reader. The library does not hold assets, seed phrases, or private keys, and it does not place transactions.

Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over. The visitor is responsible for the accuracy of the program names they send before a private reading.

Intellectual property

Site text, shelf annotations, handouts, and packets prepared by the staff are owned by Lucid Beaconway unless a page says otherwise. Public protocol documentation remains with its authors. You may keep the packet from your own sitting and quote short passages of it for personal study. You may not copy a whole binder, resell a handout, or present the shelf notes as your own class.

Acceptable use of the site

Inquiries should name programs and position types in ordinary language. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or wallet recovery material. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the reading room’s records.

Liability

Sheets are copies of public materials, dated on the day they were filed. A parameter can change after that date. To the extent Korean law allows, Lucid Beaconway’s liability arising from a sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. The library is not liable for trading losses, liquidations, missed epochs, tax outcomes, or decisions you make after you leave the room. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow to be limited.

Fees and cancellations

Fees are listed on the rates page and confirmed in the booking reply. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds are described on the refund page, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea. The reading room is in Gimhae-si, South Gyeongsang.
